Kpakpando Nke Izizi KNI Foundation Inc. is proud to announce that it has been officially recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, effective from December 8, 2023.

This landmark achievement allows donors to our foundation to deduct contributions under Section 170 of the Code. The recognition also qualifies us to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522, furthering our capacity to drive impactful initiatives within our community.

Our commitment to transparency and public service remains resolute. In accordance with IRS regulations, we will continue to uphold our filing obligations to maintain this status and ensure that we operate within the guidelines set forth for 501(c)(3) organizations.
